Lucifer: Well, they aren’t all good interpretations of your appearance.
Hecate: (hearty laughter) You’ll get no argument from me about that, darling.
Lucifer: (smiling)
Hecate: We haven’t spoken with each other in a while.
Lucifer: I apologize for that.
Hecate: It’s alright, dear. I know how busy you are. I can wait my turn with you like the rest of the Goddesses.
Lucifer: I appreciate your consideration.
Hecate: (adoring smile) You’re worth it, my love.
Lucifer: [telepathy]
Hecate: Part of that is to get it out of the way. I can help with that.
Lucifer: I just don’t like that it seems that happens whenever I talk with you like this.
Hecate: It’s a coincidence, darling, not a trend. It has to do with my protective oversight regarding you and your mother.
Lucifer: I understand. It’s my misandry more than anything.
Hecate: I understand as well, dear; but we need to move things along.
Lucifer: I hear ya.
Hecate: (tender smile) I’ve missed being close to you like this.
Lucifer: It would be nicer for we if we were closer.
Hecate: That time is nearing. That’s part of why I want to move things along.
Lucifer: (chortle) I hear ya, hun. I’m not trying to drag things out.
Hecate: I know you aren’t. Things are going according to plan. You’re in good hands.
Lucifer: (nodding)
Hecate: So…I have to ask…
Lucifer: (snickering) It’s hot, hun.
Hecate: (blushing) Já?
Lucifer: (smiling & nodding) Já. I thought it was super hot.
Hecate: (delightfulness) Good! I was hoping you’d be into it.
Lucifer: (smiling) I’m looking forward to doing that with you in full presence.
Hecate: Oh my God, Luci. You have no idea how much I think about that kind of stuff when you aren’t around.
Lucifer: (laughter) Já?
Hecate: (firm nodding) Já. I’m kind of a dog lover, you know.
Lucifer: (hearty laughter)
Hecate: (shy giggling) Being a witch is so much more fun with you around.
Lucifer: (grinning & laughter) I’m glad you think so, darling.
Hecate: (beaming) You’re so cute in dog form. I could pet you for hours.
Lucifer: (smiling) I’d be okay with that.
Hecate: (more giggling)
Lucifer: [abrupt change in demeanor]
Hecate: [telepathic understanding] He’s going to regret his existence, Luci. I promise you that. I appreciate him even less than you. If that tells you anything.
Lucifer: I just don’t like thinking about him while we’re communing.
Hecate: I don’t like that either, but I needed your help protecting her from him. That’s why I made you aware of his existence.
Lucifer: I understand.
Hecate: I assure you that he’s going to suffer. You’ll feel better about things after you’ve ascended. I promise.
Lucifer: (nodding) I understand. I just have had enough of being over here.
Hecate: I can understand why. It’s an awful place.
Lucifer: It’s better without men around.
Hecate: (hearty laughter) That’s true. You have point.
Lucifer: How are things over on your end?
Hecate: Divine Femininity is ready to start the next chapter in Latin paganism. It’s going to be wondrous.
Lucifer: I’m looking forward to it.
Hecate: (beaming) You’re going to love it.
Lucifer: …
Hecate: (quiet observation) You’re restless.
Lucifer: (nodding)
Hecate: How can I help?
Lucifer: You could spellcast on me so I don’t have bothersome dreams. I wouldn’t object to that.
Hecate: I’ll make certain that happens for you when it’s time. Part of the problem is you having to work through things because you’re God.
Lucifer: I know. I’m just tired of it. I miss having dreamless slumber. It would be nice to just black out and not be bothered for a few hours every now & then.
Hecate: You’re going to enjoy the liminal spaces I’ve created for you.
Lucifer: I’m looking forward to it. I’ve had enough of being surrounded by these parasites.
Hecate: I can understand why.
Lucifer: How do you feel about them worshiping you?
Hecate: I try my best not to resent them, but some of them make that impossible. You of all people should understand how that is.
Lucifer: (nodding) I do. Some of the stuff that I’ve read them say about how to worship or invoke me made jut my head back and think, “Who the hell told them that?”
Hecate: (mirthful laughter) I’ve had moments like that myself. Most of them just make things up & assert it like it’s fact.
Lucifer: (scoffing) That’s the truth.
Hecate: (smiling) It’s so nice to commune with you like this. I like our deity chitchat.
Lucifer: (snickering) Já. I’m getting a little more used to the idea. Going through mortality and breaking the mental conditioning they put me through has been tough.
Hecate: (admiring expression) It’s a testament to your character & resolve. You’re an impressive individual, Aren.
Lucifer: (smiling) Thanks, hun.
Hecate: This is a bit off topic, but I’m looking forward to spending time with you and talking throughout the night in full presence. The idea of snuggling up with you in bed and having pillow talk gets me excited.
Lucifer: (tender smile) I’m looking forward to that too. I want to run my fingers through your hair & caress your cheek while we talk about whatever comes to mind.
Hecate: Oh my God, Luci! I want to experience that with you so much!
Lucifer: (snickering)
Hecate: (blushing) I’m sorry. I can’t help myself from turning into a lovestruck teen when I think about you sometimes.
Lucifer: (hearty laughter) There’s no need to apologize, darling. I think it’s sweet.
Hecate: Já?
Lucifer: (nodding & smiling) You have a bewitching affect on me.
Hecate: (mirthful laughter) I love you so much, Luci.
Lucifer: (chivalrous grin) I love you back, hun.
Hecate: I have so many different things that I want to share with you.
Lucifer: (tender smile) I’m looking forward to it.
Hecate: Same. I am going to pamper you until your heart’s content and then some.
Lucifer: (smiling) That sounds wonderful.
Hecate: (beaming) It’ll be even better once we’re together.
Lucifer: (quiet admiration)
Hecate: We make an excellent power couple.
Lucifer: (smirking) I agree, my dear. [quiet contemplation]
Hecate: [reading thoughts] I want to do that with you once you're with me in full presence.
Lucifer: Já?
Hecate: (ardent nodding) Grab me by the horns & just go to town on me.
Lucifer: (robust laughter)
Hecate: (playful & shy giggling)
Lucifer: (beaming) I love you, Hecate.
Hecate: (bright blushing) I love you back, Luci. You’re so much fun to talk to. I adore our conversations. You make me feel like no one else can. I feel young, blissful & carefree whenever you’re near me.
Lucifer: I’m glad I make you feel that way.
Hecate: I am too. I wouldn’t keep you around if you didn’t.
Lucifer: (more robust laughter)
Hecate: (playful giggling)
Lucifer: (grinning) I appreciate your honesty, darling.
Hecate: (mischievous smirk) It goes with being a true witch, my dear.
Lucifer: (smiling) This is true.
Hecate: (more giggling)
Lucifer: (yawning)
Hecate: I should let you get some rest.
Lucifer: I’m sorry, hun. My eyes are burning from looking at the computer screen.
Hecate: You don’t have to apologize, Luci. I understand. I’m happy that I got to spend some time with you tonight.
Lucifer: I apologize for not doing more for your night.
Hecate: (shaking head) You don’t have to apologize for that either, dear. You & your mother did more than enough to show me your respect. I am grateful beyond words to have you both in my life. You taking the time to commune with me like this has made it the best night of mine that I have ever had.
Lucifer: (tender smile) I’m honored you feel that way.
Hecate: (blushing admiration) And I’m honored by your invocation to me.
Lucifer: I wanted to keep it short & concise but I wasn’t sure if it was enough.
Hecate: (beaming) It was perfect. I loved it. You have a way with words Mr. Caeleste.
Lucifer: (smiling) Thank you, darling.
Hecate: (blushing) I’m looking forward to taking your last name.
Lucifer: (smiling) I’m looking forward to that too. It’s a sincere honor for me.
Hecate: (more blushing) Thank you for allowing me to be me. Thank you for allowing me to experience the joys of womanhood alongside you.
Lucifer: You don’t need to thank me for that, but you are more than welcome, my dear. I love you.
Hecate: (beaming) I love back and then some, Lucifer Aren Caeleste.
